Ao longo do primeiro m\u00eas, priorizo conhecer mais sua hist\u00f3ria e entender melhor o seu sofrimento e dificuldades. Ap\u00f3s as primeiras sess\u00f5es, a terapia vai se tornando mais ativa, com devolutivas, propostas de mudan\u00e7as e atividades, tudo personalizado para cada paciente.
